    Wrigleyville Dental

At Wrigleyville Dental, we practice dentistry a bit differently than most dentists. As holistic dentists, we care about your whole health – not just your oral health. Our focus is centered on preventative care to stop problems before they develop as well as working with your physician to coordinate treatment. There is no set standard for holistic dentistry, but most holistic dentists use a variety of practices along with traditional dentistry. For example, if a cavity needs filling, from the holistic dentist’s viewpoint, it’s not enough to simply fill it and send you on your way. A holistic dentist will take into account the biocompatibility of the material used as well as lifestyle that may have led to the cavity's formation in the first place. The dentist will customize treatment so you are not adversely affected, and then discuss a plan to avoid cavities in the future.
